We partner with men as they re-discover God's love and plan for their lives as an integral part of their recovery and journey.  We work together to develop a compelling life vision and the plans necessary to pivot from the chaos of life to greater balance in faith and focus.

What habits or behaviors are separating you from your family, friends or God (e.g. money, alcohol, unwanted sexual behaviors)?  What is the vision and purpose you feel God is God calling you too?  What are your beliefs and the internal voice telling you that is keeping you from beginning this journey?

Coaching principles

In either groups or one on one sessions our approach is to facilitate your journey: where you've been, where you are now, where you want to go, and how you want to get their (changing habits and routines).  Our approach is guided by Dr. Eddie Capparucci's research and approach chronicled in his series of books for men on "Removing Your Shame Label" and "Going Deeper".

As your coach m role is to provide important questions to consider, encourage you to reach and discover new pathways and push you to look outside your traditional thinking and brainstorm new ideas, approaches and resources that help you reach the next level.

The Journey

Childhood experiences
The source of the pain, triggers and behaviors we experience as adults are a result of childhood wounds, neglect. These intense experiences can go hidden for years and even decades.  Surfacing the issues will provide a solid foundation to build upon.
Current Life
Discovering and uncovering the underlying, unhealthy habits, reactions and behaviors is a critical component to long term healing and moving into a more Christ-centered and healthy life.
Finishing the race
One key aspect of changing behavior and the direction of our lives is to develop a long term vision for how you wish to finish the race well.  We will spend time looking at each dimension of your life, untethering you from the bondage(s) of your past, and craft a future that is truly centered on God, family and faith.
